Delete your account
You can remove your courtdemy account and the personal data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it, and you don't need the app for either.
Deletion is permanent. Your account cannot be recovered afterwards, and neither can your training history, messages or notes.
From inside the app
- Open Profile
- Scroll to Delete Account
- Read what will be removed, then tap Continue
- Type DELETE to confirm
Your account is removed straight away and you're signed out.
By email
- Email hello@courtdemy.com with the subject Account Deletion Request
- Send it from the address on your account, or tell us which address to remove
- We'll confirm we've received it within two working days
- Your account is deleted within 30 days, as UK data protection law requires
Use this route if you can't sign in, or if you're a parent removing a child's account.

Before you go
A few things worth knowing:
- Deleting your account does not cancel lessons already booked — tell your coach as well
- Deleting does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid
- If you only want to leave one club or coach, you don't need to delete your account — ask them to remove you and your account stays yours
